About
Structure, empathy and an eye for detail
I'm a structured, goal-oriented project manager with a background in UX/UI design and frontend development. At Dekode I've led web projects for several of the company's largest clients, and I've worked as team lead for cross-functional teams built around good collaboration and clear goals.
Working with children and young people with developmental disabilities gave me a deep understanding of how challenges can be experienced – which shaped my commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
I like moving projects forward efficiently, and I speak the same language as developers, designers and clients with any level of technical knowledge. With a practical, solution-oriented approach I balance user needs and business goals – and care about a positive, productive culture in the teams I lead.
